A: You must be an existing Entity Beauty customer to login and place an order. International customers must place orders through our international distributors. Look for the links to login in the upper right hand corner of the SHOP section of our website. Or login using the links under each product in our store. When you get to the login page, go the section marked login FOR U.S. Customers. Enter your email address and password, and click on the box that says login. After you login, product pricing will appear.

A: Your login name is your email address. If you cannot remember your password, go to the login page and submit your email in the section marked REQUEST YOUR PASSWORD. A: No, Entity Beauty’s online store and 800# is accessible to beauty professionals as well as retail consumers in the United States. If you would like to purchase Entity Beauty products in the United States but are not a beauty professional, then go to the login page and register as an Entity Consumer.

A: No, our online store and phone order service are only available in the United States. You can locate an international distributor by reviewing our list of international partners.

A: Only ground shipping is currently available because of product safety shipping restrictions. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. International orders should be placed through our international distributors.

A: Unexpired coupon codes or product credits can be applied to your order during checkout. After you have made your purchase selections, go to your shopping cart page. Below your list of products to purchase is a section called “Coupon or Gift Card”. Enter your coupon code or product credit number where instructed. The discount is applied when you continue checking out. One code can be used per order.
