QUALIFICATIONS:
For Entity Advantage members, salons & schools only. Sponsored Advantage members must meet Advantage Member Agreement qualifications, and will be verified as current licensed beauty professionals. Students qualify as Advantage members if they are currently enrolled in beauty school; the school and year of graduation must be provided. In order to qualify you must also maintain your bonus-qualified status by purchasing $30 each month (after your member discount or other coupons) in Entity products. Entity product orders are after all specials, discounts and coupons. Any returned orders will be charged back against qualifications and may affect Group Volume bonus status. PRIZE RULES:
Qualifying winners will be paid a Leadership Cash Reward of the following amounts when their online group volume, excluding their personal volume, for any one calendar month exceeds: $1,000 – earn $200 cash bonus, $2,000 – earn $400 cash bonus, $3,000 – earn $600 cash bonus. Winners will be announced and checks mailed the month following your qualification. Tax filing information may be necessary. This promotion valid May 1, 2008 – Dec. 31, 2008. Entity Beauty reserves the right to revise or cancel the promotion at any time and for any reason without remuneration.
