A nail artist for over 15 years in northern California's Wine Country, Debbie has been recognized with many top 10 competition finishes. In 2005, she took first place in the Nailympics Division 1 Tip & Overlay competition. I have resolved myself to help in revolutionizing the level of education. Currently I am on a journey both within myself and our industry to be the best I can be and to help others achieve the same.



Tara Cote, Entity Mentor

While still a student Tara was inspired by ads and an article in nails magazine about Entity. It made perfect sense to her to use products that were created by nail artists. She applied herself and quickly accepted opportunities to be on the Tomcat Competition Team and also become an Educator for Entity after only being licensed for a short time. Since 2005, Tara has achieved six top-10 competition awards. As a firm believer in never having too much education, she now helps other nail artists and especially students to realize their dreams and potentials.The crucial variable of turning knowledge into value is creativity, and that is what we as nail artists do…we create, and that is a prospect worth pursuing.

Lyn has been a nail artist for over 15 years. She has experience in all aspects of the industry including as director of education for a manufacturer and has been a licensed instructor for over 10 years. Lyn has a passion for excellence and education and enjoys helping other nail artists to achieve their goals.




Amy DeLoux, Entity Mentor

A fully licensed cosmetologist, Amy is currently an instructor at DeLoux Schools of Cosmetology in Reno, Nevada where she enthusiastically shares her knowledge and experiences with others. She recently earned a fourth place finish at her very first nail competition.

Melanie Estrada has been a full time nail artist for over 25 years, building a loyal client base, many of whom have been with her since the beginning of her career. A successful salon owner, Melanie’s artistic talent has also been recognized with many awards and competition trophies. In order to achieve one's goals, you must first have confidence in your ability, and then be tough enough to follow through.



Dawn Forenzo, Entity Expert Artist
Rensselaer, NY

With over 10 years experience, Dawn is a booth renter at a local salon where she specializes in pink and white and colored acrylic. Dawn has experience teaching in a local beauty school and enjoys mentoring other students and nail technicians. In 2001, she won her first nail competition. Dawn recently became a Certified Master Pedicurist by the International Pedicurist Association. My clients know me as “the nail geek” because I am always off to a seminar, eager to learn more and pass it on. I am very excited to help other nail technicians improve their skill and can’t wait to compete again.


Heather Hall, Entity Mentor

Heather Hall is an award winning nail artist who is extremely passionate about her career. You may recognize her face from her experience educating at almost every trade show nationwide. A licensed nail professional for over 10 years she has grown to love every aspect of the nail industry. Heather’s nails and expertise have been featured in both NAILS and Nailpro magazines, and she also created nail enhancements for a national advertisement. She is a competitor at heart and with her best finish at an impressive third place, she can’t wait to win more. I have been taught by the best, Tom Bachik, Lee-Anne Smith and Lorena Marquez, and I love to educate others to help take their skills to the next level.


Marie Reed-Hansen, Local Event Supervisor

For most of her over 20-year career in the beauty industry, Marie has owned her own salon. Marie’s salon was the largest in her area with eleven booth renters who successfully went on to open their own salons. An experienced educator, Marie loves Entity Products and enjoys educating for Entity Beauty because of all the support from educators and management.

Janna brings 13 years of experience to our industry. With her creative, dedicated, optimistic personality, she believes there is nothing that can stop her from attaining her goals. After working in the graphics industry, she decided her passion was being a nail artist. Since 1998 she had pursed a full time career in nails, and opened her own salon in 2003. Gracie King, Entity Senior Mentor

Gracie King grew up on the smells of monomer, hairspray and permanents - her mother and sister are both working cosmetologists. Gracie is one of the very first in Texas to hold a specialty instructor license, and she currently works with Vogue College of Cosmetology. She is bilingual, teaching in both English and Spanish. Working with Entity allows her to bring her two passions together: education and art. I have built my career driven by the power of my favorite quote by Tyron Edwards: “People never improve unless they look to some standard or example higher or better than themselves."


Rebecca Knauss, Member Care Specialist

Rebecca has been a licensed hair stylist and nail technician for over 15 years, specializing in dimensional hair color as well as sculptured nails. She has enjoyed many years as an educator and worked at numerous industry trade shows. Rebecca and her mother were recently featured in Nail Pro magazine.




Jennifer Lambert, Entity Mentor

With a background in graphic design and advertising, Jennifer has a totally new passion…nails! Now with over 10 years experience, Jennifer is an in-demand salon artist. In 2006 she placed 6th and 7th in Novice Category at a Chicago Salon Success and Competition Tip and Overlay competition. I approach each enhancement from an artistic point of view, with a desire to create a work of art every time! I have traveled all over the United States seeking the best classes and training to learn as much as I can about this industry.

Monica’s goal to become a licensed nail technician required her to balance full-time work, beauty school and family, but she worked hard to achieve her dream. She believes that continued education is very important in this industry. Michelle’s passion is to provide quality nail services and educate people about safe nail services and healthy nail care. Tonija earned a B.S. in Chemical Science from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio and a M.S. in Management from Webster University in St. Louis, MO. Leah R Pruitt, Entity Mentor

Leah has been in the beauty industry for over 10 years, working with some of the best artists in the industry. With a passion for competition, Leah developed herself through continued education. As a member of Entity’s competition team, she has placed in the top ten several times in recent competitions and her nail art creations have been shown in Nailpro magazine. Leah grew a spa’s nail business to $100,000 in a few short years and enjoys teaching other professionals practical skills such as how to “up-sell” clients and design menus, product inventory spread sheets, training manuals, marketing and advertising. She also enjoys teaching pink and white sculptured nails, tip application with overlay, manicures and pedicures, and nail art. My struggle early in my career was that I had no industry support. I am now dedicated to helping others within the salon to help build their business and elevate their nail services.

Erin has been a nail artist and educator for over 10 years. She is internationally accomplished in her art and in business, having owned her own nail spa in Stuttgart, Germany for three years. Specializing in Forever French nail enhancements, she has built her clientele in both countries based on her level of expertise in that area. Her determination to elevate her art by inspiring other nail professionals shines through in her passionate teaching. I’ve been set on fire by the Entity revolution, and vow to “be” the change that we all want to see in our industry.

Having over 20 years of experience, Deena is educated in all aspects of nail care. She has a passion to be the best at what she does. Currently Deena booth rents her space to afford her the flexibility to work with clients and travel for Entity. Entity is a natural progression for her career, as she can continue to better herself, learning from the best in the industry. Of all the jobs I have ever had, I knew this was the right one for me because I have never had a day when I didn’t want to go to work. I LOVE my job!
