Having been a nail artist and salon owner for over 14 years, Shannon always challenges herself by continuing to build expertise. Searching for the best education within the beauty industry, she learned from the world’s leading nail artists, competitors and chemists. Shannon entered the competition arena and was amongst the best placing in the top 25 in the United States. Sharing knowledge and experience with other artists is one of her passions. Shannon continues to inspire nail artists worldwide with her charismatic approach to teaching and her true art of nails.

Charles Campbell Charles Campbell, Entity Educator
Nampa, ID

Charles is the owner and Director of Education at Velvet Touch Academy of Cosmetology. He has a true passion for education as well as the entire beauty industry. Charles is a multi-national award winner in men’s and women’s hair design, make-up and nail enhancements which makes him one of the most sought after platform artists in the industry. In addition to running a fast growing academy, Charles spent the last fifteen years as a celebrity make-up artist, celebrity-stylist and is a regular on the Nashville scene. Developing learning systems, advancing product innovation and writing books are just a few things that keep Charles inspired to better the industry. His goal is to raise the beauty professional’s creativity to new heights.

Korean born and currently living in Canada, Soo is a successful cosmetologist and featured Nail Artist. Soo competes in nail competitions and attends advanced nail trainings to hone her skills and define her talents as an educator. Soo shares her unique global perspective, sense of humor and perfected nail skills with professional nail technicians from around the world.


Tina Ciesla Tina Ciesla, Entity Educator
Alabaster, AL

Tina has been a professional nail artist for over 22 years. She is the owner of Blooming Nails Salon in Alabama. Tina creates beautiful sculpted nails with crisp, dramatic smile lines. Being an artist of many talents, Tina’s perfectionism shows not only in her enhancements, but also in her skill as an educator. Early in her career, Tina achieved successful wins at various nail competitions within the Southeastern U.S. After her winning streak, Tina turned her passion toward helping others perfect their skills through continuing education. As an Entity Educator, Tina helps to empower nail artists to create beautiful nails, strong clientele, and increased retail sales. Tina shares her life with her husband and two daughters in Central Alabama.

Tara Cote Tara Cote, Entity Educator
Mesa, AZ

While still a student, Tara was inspired by ads and an article in Nails magazine about Entity Beauty. It made perfect sense to use products that were created by nail artists. She applied herself and quickly accepted opportunities to be on the Entity Competition and Education Team. Since 2005, Tara has achieved six top-ten competition awards. As a firm believer in never having too much education, she now helps other nail artists and students realize their dreams and potentials.


Irma Davalos-Rossie Irma Davalos-Rossie, Entity Educator
Hialeah, FL

Irma has been a nail artist and salon owner for over 17 years. She owned a nail school for ten years, training many nail technicians in the Miami area. Irma’s family has over 70 years experience in the beauty industry. She participated and won several nail competitions in the U.S. and Puerto Rico and educated for other nail companies before joining the Entity Beauty Education Team. She is proud to be a part of the Entity team and share her passion.


Amy DeLoux Amy DeLoux, Entity Educator
Woodland Park, CO

As a fully licensed cosmetologist and instructor, Amy is passionate about nails. Winning several school sponsored competitions inspired Amy to enter the professional arena and take home a fourth place finish in her first nail competition. She combined her passion for nails and her love of educating others by joining the Entity Beauty Education Team. Entity is her avenue to enthusiastically share her knowledge and industry experience with other nail professionals.


Ang Eckensweiler Ang Eckensweiler, Entity Educator
Walkerton, ON

With 13 years experience in the beauty industry, Ang developed a love of nail competition. She has been an avid and successful competitor since 2002. She won first and second place in the ABA competitions and also was a finalist three years consecutively in the Contessa awards in Canada. Ang currently works as a freelance artist in several different salons. Her creative nature, broad experience, and true love for the industry make her a valued member of the Entity Education Team.


Jessica Marie Ellison Jessica Marie Ellison, Entity Educator
Toronto, ON

Jessica has been an award winning nail artist, educator and salon owner for nearly 18 years. Her passion and skills were developed quickly as she excelled in the competition circuit, learning from the best nail artists including her mentor Lee-Anne Henderson. She has won six National Canadian titles and placed in several other competitions. Working at some of Toronto’s most luxurious and chic nail bars, Jessica has had the opportunity to work with many glamorous celebrities including Christina Aguilera’s tour, Erykah Badu, Melanie Fiona, Toronto Raptor NBA players and cast members of CSI Miami and The Young and The Restless. Jessica now dedicates much of her time to students at George Brown College. Education is her true passion. She has been an instructor of the Nail Technician Certificate program since 2004. Several of her recent graduates placed 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the same competition as well as one of her graduates winning a Canadian National title. Although teaching takes up much of her time, Jessica is also dedicated to her clientele, providing nail services in her nail salon, The Blo Bar.

Tracy Giles Tracy Giles, Entity Educator

Tracy has been in the nail industry all of her life. She is a third generation nail artist, starting her junior year in high school. She has a fire and passion for her work and for what she believes in. That passion is seen in her work and in her ability to help others improve their skills. She has learned that education is very important and enjoys having the opportunity to educate others.



Carie Hensley Carie Hensley, Entity Educator
Canyon Lake, CA

Carie has been in the hand and beauty industry for over 20 years, focusing many of those years on sales, education, and marketing. After starting her career in the early 80’s she took on the challenge of owning and managing a successful salon in Alaska. Carie then started educating for one of the major nail manufacturers and was provided many opportunities to use her nail skills along with her passion to share the newest technology and techniques with other nail professionals. Carie’s two-decade long career in the nail industry has been a wonderful journey and she cannot imagine a more fulfilling one.


Janna Jahr Janna Jahr, Entity Educator
Blair, WI

Janna has been in the nail industry over 14 years. After working in the graphics industry, she decided her true passion was being a nail artist. She enjoys the creative side and frequently submits original nail design to magazines for publication. During the past four years she worked closely with some of the best known nail technicians in the industry. With her artistic background and optimistic outlook, she is always seeking alternative ways to take her career to new heights.


Charli Jessup Charli Jessup, Entity Educator
Burbank, CA

Charli has been in the nail industry for 27 years. Her work appeared on many TV shows such as Party of Five, Townies, Cold Case and The Oprah Show. She is a self-proclaimed science geek. Learning the science behind nail technology and sharing it with other nail artists is what she loves to do. Charli is dedicated to inspiring nail artists to learn everything they can to better themselves and better the nail industry. As an Entity Educator, Charli is excited to inspire others to produce long lasting, fabulous looking nails with the latest technology.

Gracie King Gracie King, Entity Educator
Natalia, TX

As one of the first in the state of Texas to hold a Specialty Instructor’s license, Gracie takes pride in her dedication to education. As a veteran Esthetician and Nail Technician of over 18 years, she has overseen eight schools and currently heads the education department and prepares the students for the transition to professionals, as Project Coordinator at Vogue College and Bella Beauty Academy. Gracie has a passion for sharing her years of experience and artistry and does so with a creative flair and humorous disposition. Gracie is fluent in Spanish.


Kerry Kortbein Kerry Kortbein, Entity Educator

Kerry truly believes that knowledge is power. Wanting to learn everything about nails, she uses every opportunity available to take continuing education. She began her nail career in 1993 as a booth renter and rapidly built her clientele. In 1999, she opened the area’s first exclusive tanning and nail salon. The salon continues to be a “hot spot.” Although Kerry no long owns the salon, she continues to be passionate about the industry and still provides nail services.

Mimie started her career as a business owner for more than ten years in San Jose. She moved to San Diego,CA in 2005 to pursue her dream to become a fully licensed nail technician. Mimie is a highly talented nail artist proud to provide her clientele with professional, high quality hand, foot and nail care services. She takes her education seriously and is professionally proficient in state-of-the-art nail techniques, salon procedures and salon equipment. Mimie is bilingual in Vietnamese and English and is eager to share her knowledge of gel and acrylic nail enhancements with nail artists as an Entity Educator.

Ashley has a passion for nails and a flare for fashion forward nail art. She entered her first editorial nail competition fresh out of George Brown College and took home the national title of Canadian Nail Art Technician of the year. Being an esthetician as well as a nail artist, Ashley prides herself on being knowledgeable about products that truly make a difference in the health and beauty of the skin and the natural nail. Educating was the natural next step in Ashley’s journey to become a facilitator of healthy salon habits and proper sanitation techniques. She feels very strongly about mentoring people and helping them choose the best products and tools to succeed.

Debbie is a successful nail artist and educator. From salon owner to day spa booth renter, Debbie has invaluable experience to share with fellow nail artists to help grow their businesses and inspire them with her knowledge. Her work was featured in industry magazines, Nails and Nailpro. She believes knowledge is power and that it needs to be shared.


Corinna Murphy Corinna Murphy, Entity Educator

Corinna has been a successful cosmetologist and color specialist in the beauty industry for over 12 years. While a salon owner she grew her art into a successful business. She now enjoys helping others grow theirs. Corinna is a part of the Entity Education Team and mentored under several of the industry’s top educators and artists. Of all of her talents in this industry; teaching and inspiring others is what Corinna does best. Corinna’s desire is to pass on her knowledge to anyone who has the imagination and determination to dream of doing more.


Michelle Myers Michelle Myers, Entity Educator

Michelle believes that continuing education is the key to success in the industry and strives to attend as many seminars and classes as possible to keep up-to-date on the latest technology and techniques. Michelle uses this knowledge to educate her clients and fellow nail artists. Michelle’s passion for Entity products and nail technology inspires her to educate fellow artists to be the best they can be in the industry.


Roxanne Nguyen Roxanne Nguyen, Entity Educator

Born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri, Roxanne started helping her mother in the nail salon at the age of thirteen. Growing up in the beauty industry made her realize her love for the industry. During high school, Roxanne apprenticed under her mother and got her manicurist license by the age of seventeen. Determined to make it in this business, she moved to Las Vegas, NV to better herself and learn more. Roxanne loves to learn but most importantly, she loves to share her knowledge and passion with other nail artists. Her mission is to help others fulfill their goals in the salon business through education and determination.

As a salon owner and educator, Leah has worked with other top nail artists and industry professionals to grow her talents. She maintains her skills by using the most up-to-date technology. Her experience in the competition arena helped her and her salon staff to provide the most knowledgeable services to their clientele. Leah’s management skills helped many nail and spa salons grow their profit margins. Helping salons design specialty pedicure systems, manicures and acrylic services; she truly put her heart into helping others perform at their optimum level. Reaching out and dedication to teaching others is what Leah does best.

Jose Reyes Jose Reyes, Entity Educator

Jose is a licensed esthetician and nail technician with sixteen years experience in the nail industry. He has been a manufacturer’s educator developing Spanish nail artists in Mexico, South America, Central America, Spain and the United States. Jose has entered and won several nail competitions in both the United States and Puerto Rico. He is dedicated to helping nail artists optimize their knowledge of correct procedures for hand and foot care, pink and white nail application with dramatic smile lines, and beautiful nail designs. He is an independent business owner and an avid enthusiast of challenging nail artists to increase their knowledge of the nail industry. Jose challenged himself by becoming a part of the growing team of Entity Educators.

With over 20 years in the nail industry, Deena still loves going to work everyday. Being a booth renter helps Deena to be available to travel all over to inspire other nail artists. Deena enters many competitions taking home valuable experience from all of them and incorporating all that she learns into her salon work. Her work has been featured in Viet Beauty Magazine.

Laura is an active nail artist specializing in sculptured nails. She was featured several times as an industry representative on television segments and in trade magazines. A professional in every aspect of the word, Laura strives to raise the bar for the industry. She believes continuing education is important in any career and is passionate about education and sharing her knowledge to inspire others.


Tracey Sturdivant Tracey Sturdivant, Entity Educator
Aurora, IL

Having over 15 years in the beauty industry, Tracey is a licensed nail technician, educator and esthetician. She specializes in nail design and skin care treatments. She is extensively trained in nail structure and proper sanitation protocols. Tracey owns and operates The Spa Team, a mobile spa company in the Chicagoland area and does a lot of work promoting “Girls Night Out” events. Tracey believes that nail artists around the world are not represented and given the credit they deserve as a member in most salons and spa businesses. Her mission is to change that by providing training, education and encouragement to those who call on her, empowering them to do great things in their businesses and their communities.

Shelley has been a licensed cosmetologist specializing in nails for over 20 years. As a salon owner for 12 of those, Shelley takes pride that her salon was the first to introduce “The Permanent French Manicure” to her Connecticut community. A true professional and well respected by her peers, Shelley believes in pushing yourself and striving to bring the entire industry to the next level. Having competed in numerous competitions throughout Florida, New York, Connecticut, and Rhode Island, as well as online, she continually strives to be the best.

Cyndi Van Cyndi Van, Entity Educator

Cyndi grew up in the nail salon. By the time she was 16, Cyndi was able to do her first set of nails. She attended tradeshows and trainings elevating her skills to new heights. She attributes her success to Entity’s artistry and revolutionary products. The first competition she entered, she won. Cyndi desires to share all of her knowledge with nail technicians.

Francis is a former language teacher and sales consultant with the ability to communicate at a conversational level in five languages. He is passionate about all aspects of learning and teaching. Francis developed into a true nail artist under the influence of the top nail artists in Canada. He was intrigued by the depths of nail care and decided to devote his time to learn about the proper techniques and safety in applying nail enhancements. Francis’ goal is to elevate the reputation of the Canadian nail industry as well as the rest of the world’s nail industry.


Bernie Clark Bernie Clark, Entity Educator Apprentice

Bernie is a professional manicurist with more than ten years experience. Based in Washington, DC, Bernie has extensive experience working with art directors and fashion photographers while styling nails on models for editorial shoots. Her work has been featured in several regional and international fashion magazines. She has also been honored to assist and work along-side some of the country’s greatest nail experts at New York’s Mercedes -Benz Fashion Week. Bernie has been with Nail Taxi, a mobile nail boutique in several markets across the United States and Canada for five years. With her tenacious drive for perfection and passion for the nail industry she quickly advanced from a part-time manicurist to a manager within the company. Bernie’s creative style earned her several great opportunities within the nail industry and she is excited about what lies ahead. She believes the best is yet to come.


Tonya Isom Tonya Isom, Entity Educator Apprentice

Tonya is passionate about nails and nail education. On a quest to elevate her skills, Tonya has travelled to trade shows all across the United States to grow her knowledge of the industry. She is a licensed Master Manicurist and is pursuing her cosmetology license. Tonya is the owner of N2 Nails, an appointment only nail studio in Trussville, Alabama. Tonya believes it is an honor to be a part of Entity, a cutting edge company and team of accomplished and talented educators. Her goal is to continue to grow her passion for the nail industry, expand her knowledge and professionally represent Entity as an up-and-coming educator.
