Q: How do I become an Advantage Member?
A: You become an Advantage member when you agree to the terms of the Entity Advantage Member agreement when you sign up on our website, during an Advantage meeting, or by calling us at 866-288-4600. When you register, you receive introductory prices on Entity products to help you get started.

Q: Does Entity Beauty offer programs to support larger salons?
A: Yes, our Advantage Salon program provides unique benefits for larger salons. Please contact us to receive more information.

Q: Does Entity Beauty offer a School program?
A: Yes, Entity Beauty offers programs designed to help schools build their reputations and their revenues with the best products and training. Please contact us to receive more information.

Q: Do I have to attend an Entity Advantage meeting in order to sign up as an Entity Advantage Member?
A: No, you do not have to attend an Entity Advantage meeting to register. You become an Advantage member when you agree to the terms of the Entity Advantage Member agreement when you sign up on our website, during an Advantage meeting, or by calling us at 866-288-4600.

Q: What is a sponsor Advantage number, and how do I get one?
A: A sponsor Advantage number is the number assigned to an Entity Advantage Member. You received your Advantage number via email after your registration was processed. If you don’t remember receiving this, please email us at info@entitybeauty.com or call 866-288-4600 to speak with a Customer Care Specialist. Someone is available to take your call Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm EST, or leave a message and your call will be returned promptly.

Q: Do I have to have a sponsor to become an Entity Advantage Member?
A: If an Advantage Member has helped you learn about the Advantage Member Reward Plan, then they are your sponsor, and you should use their number when you register for membership. However, a sponsor is not required to register for the Advantage Member Reward Plan.

Q: What are the eligibility requirements to become an Entity Advantage Member?
A: You must be a licensed beauty professional, or a student enrolled in school to become a licensed beauty professional, in the United States; however we do not yet ship to Alaska and Hawaii, so residents in those states are not yet eligible. You must be eighteen years of age or over, have a valid social security or tax identification number, and a valid credit card.

Q: Am I eligible to become an Advantage member if I am a student currently enrolled in school to become a licensed beauty professional?
A: Yes, if you are a student currently enrolled in school to become a licensed beauty professional you are eligible to be an Advantage member. Students have many opportunities to benefit from Advantage membership, including great products, training and business tools to help you get a successful start on your profession. You also have the opportunity to network and learn from our community of seasoned beauty professionals.

Q: How do I sponsor new Advantage members?
A: When you invite Advantage members, ask them to identify your name and Advantage number on their registration. This will enable you to receive commissions/awards on their future Entity purchases. New members can register when they sign up on our website, during an Advantage meeting, or by calling us at 866-288-4600.

Q: Is it ok to give others my Advantage number?
A: Yes, we encourage you to give your Advantage number to each person you contact regarding the Entity Beauty opportunity. Nail artists you sponsor should use your Advantage number when they register as new Advantage Members. Only then you can receive commissions/awards on their future Entity purchases.

Q: Can I sponsor people outside the U.S.?
A: No, only U.S. residents (not including Alaska and Hawaii since we do not yet ship to those locations) qualify for the Advantage Reward Program.

Q: Can I sponsor people from anywhere in the U.S.?
A: Yes, you may sponsor anyone in the U.S., except for Alaska and Hawaii since we do not yet ship to those locations.

Q: As an Advantage Member what is my discount on product that I personally order?
A: You will receive a 10% discount on all Entity products and training. Products that are on sale reflect a higher discount.

Q: How do I know when I am receiving my 10% Advantage discount?
A: When you login using your Advantage name and password, the store will highlight in red your Advantage discounted price.

Q: Will I receive my 10% Advantage discount when purchasing Entity products at tradeshows or other training events?
A: You can only receive your Advantage discount when you login and purchase online using your Advantage name and password, or when you order by phone and mention your Advantage number. If you have forgotten this information, we can assist you.

Q: Can I receive the Advantage discount without being an Advantage Member?
A: No, only Advantage Members can receive the 10% off Advantage discount.

A: Yes, you can place orders by phone by calling us at 866-288-4600 Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm EST.

Q: What is the Founders Club?
A: The first 2,000 members to join the Entity Advantage Member Reward Plan are included in The Founders Club.

Q: Who is a Charter Member of the Founders Club?
A: The first 1,000 members to join the Entity Advantage Member Reward Plan are included as Charter Members of the Founders Club.

Q: Is there currently an annual renewal fee to be an Entity Advantage Member?
A: Currently there is no an annual renewal fee. Once the company has 1,000 participants there will be an annual $12 fee to cover processing fees. Members who join prior to the first 1,000, identified as our Charter Members of the Founders Club, will never be charged this renewal fee.

Q: Does Entity Beauty sell its mailing list of members?
A: No, Entity Beauty values your privacy and does not sell its mailing list of members.

Q: How do I qualify for the Entity Beauty Education Team?

Q: Can I have my own Entity web page?
A: Yes, Entity Advantage Members are allowed to have a web page that has been approved for use by Advantage Members. We recommend our WebSalon, which provides you with an easy-to-use, professionally-designed web page.

Q: In order to receive product credit or commissions what must I do?
A:You must personally generate at least $30 (after Advantage Discount) in orders each month to receive product credits and commissions.

Q: What is the cut off date and time to order my monthly minimum?
A: Orders must be received no later than midnight CST of the final day of each month.

Q: Can I develop my own promotional literature to sponsor others?
A: No, only Entity designed literature can be used.
