What happens when your friend can’t attend the next Advantage meeting, but they’re ready to become a member now? Or what if you know nail artists who want to join, but an Advantage meeting is not scheduled in your area?

Advantage online registration is your solution. In the ‘Join Us’ section of entitybeauty.com, find the pink Advantage button. New members who are ready to ‘JOIN NOW’ can quickly and conveniently sign up for Advantage Rewards online when they select this button.

To begin registration, a new member must first provide a sponsor’s Advantage number. This identifies which team the new member is a part of – and enables the sponsor of the team (hopefully you!), to earn commissions on sales. You received your five-digit Advantage number when you first became a member.

After entering their sponsor’s Advantage number, the new member completes their Advantage registration online by agreeing to the terms of membership and purchasing their starter kit – which will be delivered right to their door! An email is immediately sent welcoming the new member to Advantage Rewards, and they can start shopping at once using their 10% Advantage discount. The sponsor identified also receives an email congratulating them on their new member.

So next time you have a friend that wants to join now, simply provide them with your Advantage number and direct them to the pink button on the Entity Beauty website. Building your team can’t be easier and more convenient than this!

Host your own Advantage Meeting
Jennifer Lambert is a good friend of Entity Beauty, attending Studio and several Advantage Trainings. She competed for Entity in Las Vegas and has sponsored several new members. Jennifer and Dena Wright, her salon owner and sponsor, recruited and hosted the first ever Advantage Meeting in their own salon, with 21 people in attendance. Their successful meeting triggered a full blown mailing to all nail artists within three counties of Youngstown, Ohio for a September 17 Advantage meeting. They are on a roll to say the least!

Marie Reed lives in the small town of Columbus, Nebraska and joined Entity over the phone since there was no meeting close by. She loves Entity products and was planning to attend Advantage training four hours away in Kansas City, but then re-considered. Not only would travel be expensive, but it would also mean time away from her kids and family. So Marie took the bull by the horns and asked, “Would you bring the training to Columbus if I got 20 people to attend?” We said, “You bet Marie, we’ll be there.” To date, Marie has over 20 people coming to her meeting. Join forces with other Advantage members
Janna Jahr and Kerry Kortbein joined forces in July to host a totally member driven Advantage Meeting in La Crosse, WI. All ten attendees became new Advantage members. Now they have set their sights on a bigger market and will be hosting a meeting in Madison, Wisconsin on September 25. They committed to sending out hundreds of invitations and expect a sizable turn out. But this is only the beginning for these two - they are looking into building their team in other major markets within Wisconsin and even neighboring states.

Joining forces with other Advantage members is fun, rewarding, saves time and allows you to leverage each other’s strengths.

Be creative
Advantage members Rachel Lawrence, Nyree Matthews and Carol Turner are planning an event in Rockford, Illinois on September 24 with two goals in mind. First a charitable nail competition and silent auction for ‘Nail Techs Helping Children’, a non-profit organization they founded. And because they have a passion for helping others, they will also invite participants to attend an Advantage Meeting during and after the event to help connect nail artists in their area to the benefits of the Entity Advantage Reward Plan.

Interviews are held at our two-day hands-on Entity Studio Training. You must attend one of these trainings to be considered. Please plan on filling out an application during event registration. Interviews will be held on the final evening and nail skills will be evaluated throughout the event.
