The month of August has been mostly a haze here at Entity Beauty. We’ve been everywhere from Poland, Anaheim, Kansas City, Chicago, San Diego, and Austin, just to name a few... believe me we’re tired! But the exciting part of all of this is to watch the company expand so fast right before our eyes. Wow, how much ground we’ve covered in just a year and a half!!

We’ve all been split up this month doing our share to spread the word, but we finally came together again at the Premiere Show in Orlando. Now, Entity World Headquarters! Premiere is one of the biggest domestic shows of the year, and the host of the first competition for the 2007 Nailpro Cup. Of course Entity was there in support of our competitors by hosting a free training and giving out plenty of product and logo wear!! We were proud to have Desree, an Entity Educator from Holland, travel all the way to Florida to attend our five-hour training and assist us at the booth. Six Entity competitors competed for the cup, and five placed in the top ten! Wow! We were especially proud of Cindy Davis, who placed first in Novice Salon Success. It was only her second competition ever!

Our biggest project at the Premiere show was the national launch of our Advantage Member Reward Plan. We were very pleased to see such an amazing turn out for our class, and had over 50 nail artists join the Advantage team!

After a long hard month of traveling it was nice to come to Orlando and see so many familiar faces and smiles. We can’t wait to return in November for our Entity Nail Studio and International Summit... We hope to see you all there!

Generally speaking there is very little difference in people. But that little difference makes a big difference. That little difference is attitude. The big difference is whether that attitude is positive. It doesn’t matter what you are doing; attitude is the key to success.

I have heard it said that in the nail business that customer satisfaction depends on two things. Twenty percent of customer satisfaction depends on how well the nails are done, or the artist’s skill. The remaining 80% depends on the attitude of the nail artists.

But she did have a positive, enthusiastic attitude.

Out the door she went as she began making a list of all the people she knew she wanted to call. At the next meeting she had 18 people that signed up under her. Most of the people that attended said they did so because their friend was so excited. Creating and maintaining a positive attitude is the most efficient and low-cost investment you can make in your business and in your life.

The good news is that a positive attitude can be learned and then it becomes a habit. All it takes to learn this habit is repetition and conscious effort on your part.
