As Entity’s new director of training and development, I am excited to bring programs to our Advantage members that teach you skills that advance your art and your business. We believe to become the best, you have to learn from the best – and Entity’s artistic team has individually set the standard of excellence for the nail industry, winning numerous world championships and international competitions. At the end of this month in Detroit, Entity Beauty launched its new Educator training program. At this four-day training event, over thirty of our new and existing Entity Educators received training from myself, Lee-Anne Smith, Lorena Marquez, Christina Gonzales, our vice president of sales Stu Ludlow, and regional directors Carla Shappelle and LaShaun Brown-Glenn. Our training covered acrylic application skills, presentation, leadership, sales and management training.

We need many more Entity Educators to help us expand our business over the next year. If you are interested in joining our team, please contact your regional representative.

How are members creating new opportunities with Nanovive?

• Incorporate a Nanovive Skin Revival treatment into your current services.
• Host a Nanovive Revival party for your clients - in your salon or at their home. We even heard of a member that is hosting a "day of beauty" at their church!
• Set up a self-service Nanovive Revival "bar" in your salon. Charge $15 or more to let people do the treatment themselves - your customers can revive their hands while they wait for other salon services.
• This is a great time to sponsor new members! Look for Advantage meetings or trade shows in your area where Nanovive will be demonstrated. Bring a friend to booth #2025 at the Midwest Beauty Show on March 3-5.
• Invite nail artists that do not perform acrylic services, or beauty professionals at spas who would benefit from retail and services using the breakthrough Nanovive technology.
• With the introduction of Nanovive, new members can join Advantage with the purchase of a Nanovive Starter Kit. We will still offer two sizes of Entity Acrylic Starter kits, which can also be purchased with or without the Nanovive starter kit. And new members can conveniently register online - just provide them with your Advantage sponsor number.
