Early in my career a mentor told me the secret to building a big business - you don’t build a business, you build people, and people will build the business. I have tried to implement that philosophy throughout my business career and now find our new Advantage Members are doing just that, with the guidance and support of our entire team.
In March, we issued 117 Advantage sponsorship checks, the largest number ever. Through the help of our March Mania promotion Debbie Milam received over $1,600 for her team building efforts, not including the educator compensation she had received for the month. And we are very excited to bring you the latest addition to our benefits package: Entity’s Leadership Rewards. By sponsoring others and helping them get started with Entity Beauty you have the opportunity to earn many exciting, valuable prizes.
Entity Advantage membership has nearly doubled in size since December! In March we welcomed over 400 new Advantage members, of which over 120 of these new members came from other member’s recommendations. Entity Beauty is growing at warp speed and we expect to have over 2,000 Advantage Members by the end of April. Our Founders Club – the first 2,000 members - is quickly coming to a close.
On April 12-16 we hosted over thirty Advantage members on our inaugural Caribbean Cruise to Key West and Cozumel, Mexico. It was filled with plenty of laughter, sun, snorkeling, karaoke and relaxation. In addition, we had an opportunity to review several new products and even test a few while on board. It was a vacation that created a lot of great memories and new found relationships. Congratulations to all our winners!

Entity’s Caribbean Cruise Celebration
On April 12-16, Entity celebrated the success of over thirty Advantage members who earned an all-expense paid, four day Caribbean cruise through their team building efforts in 2006.
Advantage members enjoyed beautiful sights touring Key West and Cozumel. They relaxed in the sun, enjoyed great food and most of all the chance to celebrate their success together. Many new friendships were formed. Our members sum it up:

Member stories: Entity pays record bonuses to Advantage members
A record 117 Advantage members received Advantage reward bonus payments this month through their sponsorship efforts. Leadership Rewards encourage you during your growth, but the real earnings potential is in Entity sponsorship bonuses.
