3,000 Advantage Members
As of October 22, 2007 we have officially enrolled 3,000 Advantage Members into our rewards program. When you consider that we officially launched the Advantage Rewards Plan just 16 months ago you have to step back and marvel at the tremendous growth we have experienced.
In a recent interview I was asked the reasons why we have had such success and what our plans are for the future of Entity Beauty. My answers I’m sure will not surprise any of you.
First of all, I explained that our products are designed by nail technicians for nail technicians. Our products are tested and retested to insure that they will hold up to the toughest salon conditions out there. Our products are what sets us apart from our competition. We strive to introduce only the latest science and technology available in each of our products. If it is not better, more durable and easier to apply we will not give it the Entity name.
The nanotechnology in our Nanovive and now Pedicure Rainforest line is on the cutting edge of what is happening throughout the world. By using our products and learning our techniques, nail technicians around the world attract more clients, raise their prices and make more money.
In response to the future of our Advantage Rewards Program I explained that we have taken a very unconventional approach to our distribution in that we have married a distribution model that allows individuals to participate in the growth and success of our business. As our company grows, those that have chosen to sponsor others and build a group of like-minded people will in turn benefit financially from these efforts.
As we expand our reach into new markets including schools, large chain salons and distributors we believe that our brand name will continue to grow worldwide allowing us to offer even more opportunities for nail technicians.
Over the next several months we are going to be faced with many training and educational challenges. In order to meet this demand we must have qualified educators to help in all areas of our business including internationally.
Now is the time to begin building your team. Now is the time to begin preparing yourself to take advantage of all the opportunities Entity Beauty has to offer. Thanks to many experienced professionals who contributed to last month’s survey, here are some facts about how gift certificates can contribute to your holiday success.
Over 80% of those surveyed sell gift certificates. About 50% of you say that you sell about half or more of your gift certificates to people who are NOT your client. So remind your clients that gift certificates should be on their own wish list! Give them a card with your salon information to pass to their spouse or family.
This month we are providing a free template so you can print your own postcard-size gift certificate. (Take the file to a local printer for better quality if desired.) Display your gift certificates at your station to encourage sales. Or include an offer to receive a free Entity boxed cuticle oil or shiner with every $50 gift certificate purchase.
All of us have that special salon story. Stories to lift us after a long day and bring meaning to our work. Or stories that are so funny they help us not take things too seriously!
